WORKSHOP RECAP: FROM SMART FACTORY TO SMART HOME

On April 26th, as part of a series of events commemorating the 60th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s visit to the factory and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC, a workshop titled “From Smart Factory to Smart Home” was organized.

During the workshop, attendees had the opportunity to explore and experience the remarkable achievements that the company has made over decades of relentless efforts. Additionally, the workshop also featured a signing ceremony for collaboration between Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC and partners, including universities and businesses.

 

Associate Professor Dr. Dao Ngoc Tien, Vice Rector and Head of the FTU Business Support Platform at the Foreign Trade University, presented a signed agreement on cooperation with Mr. Nguyen Doan Ket, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC. The agreement aims to implement training projects and events between the two organizations, fostering new opportunities and sustainable development.

The workshop encompassed various aspects of collaboration and development. Guest speakers shared interesting and informative insights revolving around technology trends and digital transformation in the modern era. Of particular interest to the attendees were the Smarthome and Smartcity solutions offered by Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Minh, Head of the Institute of Entrepreneur Instruction and Training and Deputy Head of the Information Gateway Steering Committee for Business Support, along with several leaders from the university and the EIT Institute, were also present at the workshop. They visited product booths and listened to valuable presentations from the speakers.

The Institute of Entrepreneur Instruction and Training is honored to co-organize this workshop with Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC. We wish for the continued vibrant development of the collaboration between the EIT Institute, the FTU Business Support Platform, and the Foreign Trade University.
